Mr Mathias Adjei Deputy Registrar (Administration) and the Dean of Students Mr.Samuel Kwabena Ayittah were at the KTU Field nicknamed the “Arena of Talants” to welcome Koforidua Technical University Sports Men and Women to campus.
The Sports Men and Women numbering about eighty, have reported to campus to prepare for the #GHATUSA19 games to be held in Accra.
Speaking to the team the Deputy Registrar (Administration) said teamwork was paramount, so all the various Sporting disciplines should exhibit teamwork. He also informed the team that management will as usual reward athletes who will win medals.
The Dean of Students Mr.Samuel Kwabena Ayittah who was also present encouraged the team to be focused and disciplined. He said Koforidua Technical University is tired of placing amongst the top five (5) after every competition,this time the team should aim at a top three (3) placement.
The team will leave for Accra on the 1st of February 2019.
