It is announced for the information of Koforidua Technical University Alumni and the General Public that, the 15th Congregation of the University for the award of Bachelor of Technology (B’Tech.) Degree and Higher National Diploma (HND) to persons who completed their programmes of study in 2018 has been slated for Saturday, 13th April, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the University’s Ceremonial Grounds.
Graduands who wish to be presented at the Congregation are to register at the Students’ Services Department on or before Wednesday, 10th April, 2019. The following particulars shall be required:

Pay-in-slips are to be presented at the Revenue and Payables Department (Administration Block, RM AB105) for receipts.
There will be rehearsals for graduands on Friday, 12th April, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at the Ceremonial Grounds. Graduands who fail to present themselves for the rehearsals shall not be graduated.
There will be Time with Alumni (a live band in attendance) immediately after the rehearsals at the same venue.
Graduands are required to come along with two guests each whose accommodation and meals shall be borne by the graduands themselves.
All graduands are to note that those who are unable to attend the Congregation shall be required to pay the same amount before the collection of their certificates.
