Students can start paying their fees (At Least 50% for continuing students and 100% for freshers) for the 2019/2020 academic year at any branch of the following banks using the Trans-flow System, please take note, Not an account number
- GCB Bank,
- ADB Bank,
- Fidelity Bank
- Universal Merchant Bank
Walk into any of the banks listed above with your correct index number (continuing students) or applicant ID (freshers) and tell them you are paying KTU fees and they will assist you to fill the pay-in-slip
Take copies of the bank pay-in-slip to the University’s Revenue and Payables office (Administration) for official receipts.
Students who reside in the university’s Hostel (Getfund) will be paying hostel fees into A/C No. 2011010016865501 at any branch of the ADB.
Getfund Hostel charges:
4 in a Room: GHc 895.00
6 in a Room: Ghc 800.00
