Popular news anchor, Nana Aba Anmoah has been shaded on social media for her bigotry statements she made about the people of the Northern Region of Ghana whilst joining the campaign to stop Ghanaians MPs not to go ahead with their proposed new chamber.
The GHOne on-air personality in trying to rubbish the proposal, made reference to the people of the North who struggle for water with humans in a clear illustration of misplaced priority.
She wrote;
“Go to the North and see how people are drinking from streams with cattle. Yet MPs from that area think a new chamber is what is necessary? If you don’t agree speak up. Else you don’t deserve this position and respect if you believe the construction should go ahead.”
Her ‘innocent’ tweet as I call it, did not go down well with several people who registered their displeasure with some savagery comments aimed at her.
