The Chief of Gomoa Afransi, Nana Ogyedom Obrenu Kwesi Atta VI trailed patrons at Patapaa’s album launch when he bought the first copy of the album for Ghc60,000. My News Ghana reports.
Amid the programme, the MC, Dr Pounds announced that he wanted someone who loves and supports Patapaa Amisty born Justice Amoah to mount the stage to buy the album for Ghs10,000.
Having made such pronouncement, a gentleman walked on stage to declare his intentions of buying the first copy of the 16-track album on behalf of Nana Ogyedom.
The album launch at the Swedru Sports Stadium Friday night saw many Ghanaian celebrities passing through to support the head honcho of the Pa2pa Soljas.
The fun-filled and super packed event saw Wendy Shay, Kwaku Manu, Sumsum Ahoufedua, Kwaw Kese, Too Much, Article Was, Kofi Kinaata among others thrill fans with stunning stage performances.
Although the event didn’t start on time it was a success.
The Sco Patu Mana album has songs like ‘One Corner’, ‘Enemies’, ‘There Is Nothing’, ‘Mene Woara’, ‘My Destiny’, ‘Chensee Tafri’, ‘Aye Goal’, ‘One Perma’ and others. Patapaa featured Stonebwoy, Medikal, Article Wan, Sista Afia, and other budding musicians.
