In an earlier notice which gave the deadline for KTU students to submit their Attachment Report/Assessment Sheet from Monday 9th to Friday 20th September, 2019.
We are reliably informed that students who took part in the June/July Industrial attachment should submit their report and assessment sheet to the visiting supervisor who supervised them during the supervision period.
Students who took part in the attachment and had filled the assumption of duty form online but couldn’t be supervised by a visiting supervisor from campus should contact the liaison office immediately and should have had their logbooks signed and stamped by the organisation/company’s supervisor.
Students who failed to do the industrial attachment due to circumstances beyond them should also contact the Liaison office for a structured attachment which attracts a fee of Gh¢200.00
