A 70-year-old model from Nigeria has been sharing her beauty tips with BBC Focus on Africa.
Abimbola Olayinka Idowu, popularly known as Segilola Grey, says the secret is there is no secret.
“You put yourself together; you face your work; you don’t do rubbish errands,” she says.
She also recommends rest and relaxation.
She seems to have inherited good genes, saying she resembles her mother who also aged remarkably well.
“We are not trying to make her look like she is trapped in time,” says her son Tosin Idowu, who helped promote her.
