THE CRIMINAL OFFENCES ACT-1960 (Act 29), Section 224-Acceptance of a bribe by public office.
If, after a person has done any act as a public officer, juror, or voter, he secretly accepts or agrees or officer secretly to accept for himself or for any other person, any valuable consideration on account of such act, he shall be presumed, until the contrary is shown, to have been guilty corruption, within the meaning of this chapter, in respect of that act before the doing thereof.

We the youths are not ready to trajectory on the tangent of the public divisional tactics about the self-acclaimed coup d’etat just to swerve the attention of the good people of Ghana. We’ll like to admonish you, Mr President, to perused the reasonable advice given to you by the UK ambassador to Ghana before the withdraw all their money’s from our country.
The youths in this country would like to warn you Mr clearing agent not to hasten in clearing all the perpetrators who’ll be found the culprit in this dubious contract as you’ve been doing to your appointment whenever they find stealing from the public purse, such as ;
- Mr Pius Enam, a former youth and sports minister in the Australia visa scandal
- Alfred Obeng, former managing director of BOST, for selling contaminated fuel to an unlicensed company.
- Kwame Owusu, former managing director of maritime authorities seeing nothing wrong in putting 11 air conditioners in his two-bedroom
- Charles Bissiw, former Secretary to the inter-ministerial committee of fighting galamsey caught real handed accepting money on his tight because we the youths of this nation are ever ready to attack this very leadership if they succeed in clearing those nation scammers within their party.
The last message from we the youths of this nation the you Mr clearing agent is to start preparing your handing over note and be ready to accept defeat since we the discerning electorates within the rank and file of nation are ever ready to sack his loot, create and share government come 2020, since NDC is ready to right all the messes his government is creating today.
