Controversial Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah who is widely known as Shatta Wale has explained the reason why he willingly gave his award to Stonebwoy at the just ended 4Syte TV music video awards.
Shatta Wale disclosed that giving one of his awards to his newly-found brother, Stonebwoy at the recent 2019 4Syte Music Video Awards wasn’t only to show love but for business purpose too.
He made this known during a recent interview where he said his gesture was intended to prove how much he loves Stonebwoy and it turned out well for his business aspect as well.
“I have brands that I am working with and I don’t want them to see me as that rowdy type that people are always trying to paint me as such.
I am a businessman and I want them to understand that this is a game I’m always playing. I just want the corporate businesses in Ghana to understand that Shatta is just an entertainer and he is ready to entertain anytime,” he said.
