Outspoken Ghanaian journalist, Nana Aba Anamoah in a recent video was seen and heard listing her top four Ghanaian ministers of state.
She based her list on performance and communication and her list include some of the notable names in government.
According to Nana Aba Anamoah, she would go for the Communication minister, Madam Ursula Owusu, the Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, the Education Minister, Matthew Opoku Prempeh and the Energy Minister, John Peter Amewu.
Nana Aba Anamoah categorically stated that her list is in no particular order.
