KTU: Retrieving And Accessing Institutional Email, Activating And Using VLE

Students of Koforidua Technical University are assigned institutional email addresses after their first-course registration into the University.  It’s believed that your email with ktu.edu.gh is connected to the university’s Campus-Wi-Fi communications system. (henceforth, students will have to authenticate the WiFi before access)

Retrieving Institutional Email

There are two ways to retrieve your institutional email, you can log into your Student Information Portal (SIP) and navigate to personal information tab, scroll down and find the field Institutional Email: or you can just click on this link or click on Guide three (3) mention above and enter your index number to retrieve it.

Accessing Institutional Email

After you have gotten your institutional Email, you will have to activate it for you. you can do this by using a computer or your mobile, Click here for all instructions on how to access your email

Activating And Using VLE

Now we believed you have retrieved your email and can log into it, activating VLE will require your institutional email. Click here for a full guide on how to activate VLE

Using VLE

Lecturers shall upload outstanding lecture materials online for students effective 27th April 2020. Students will be given assignments and assessed online.
