KTU: Important Update On Paying Fees – 2020/2021 Academic Year

Koforidua Technical University has reviewed the banks designated to collect school fees for the 2020/2021 academic year.

The University community is hereby notified that the under-listed banks are designated to collect school fees on behalf of the university through the Transflow system.

Note:  

Fees must be paid through only the under-listed banks‘ Transflow platform.

Morning Session Fees

1. Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB)
2. Fidelity Bank (FLB)
3. Zenith Bank

Evening and Weekend Session Fees

1. Agriculture Development Bank (ADB)
2. Republic Bank

Payment of Fees

All fresh and continuing students shall pay a minimum of 60% of their approved University Academic fees in the 1st Semester and the remaining in the 2nd Semester.

Students can only register after payment of the approved fees. Contact the student’s service department studentsservices@ktu.edu.gh for more details

Students who are paying fees in any of the banks are expected to quote their correct index number/applicant ID on all the pay-in-slips:

• Index Numbers (Continuing student)
• Applicant ID (First year student)
