Management Staff from Design and Technology Institute (DTI), a private COTVET accredited Technical and Vocational institution in Accra has on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 held discussions with the Management of Ho Technical University on the roll out of the Precision Quality (PQ) curriculum to enhance the skills of mastedcrafts persons and artisans in the fabrication and welding industry.
The delegation led by Constance Swaniker, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of DTI discussed with the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ben Q. Honyenuga and his team, the University’s leadership role in the implementation of the PQ curriculum, which is under the Mastercard Foundation’s ‘Young Africa Works’ project.
Targeting 5000 beneficiaries, the project will be implemented by two other Technical Universities in addition to HTU over a 3-year period.
