KTU: Reporting, Academic Facility User Fees, Deadline For Registration – 2021/2022 Freshers

Kofordua Technical University has started issuing admissions to Applicants who applied for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Reporting

The First Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year begins on Thursday, January 6, 2022, and candidates who accept the offer of admission and pay the appropriate fees will be required to register from Thursday, January 6, 2022, to Sunday, January 30, 2022. Lectures commence on Monday, January 17, 2022, and candidates who fail to register and consequently fail to attend lectures by the deadline indicated below shall lose the offer of admission.

Deadline For Registration

Please note that admission is granted for a specific year and successful candidates who fail to register by the deadline of registration in the very year of the admission or withdraw from the program without formal approval forfeit their admission. The deadline for registration is Sunday, January 30, 2022.

Academic Facility User Fees

The Academic Facility User Fees (AFUF) and other administrative levies per annum amount to GH₵(See your admission letter) and shall be paid through the KTUConnect system at any branch of Zenith Bank, Fidelity Bank, Republic Bank or may also pay Fees with USSD short code *966*3*542# on all networks. using your applicant ID Number 2861. Fees include SRC & GNUPS, Departmental/Students’ Association Dues, and Students Insurance (SRC/Reprographics) fees.

 Fees must be paid on receipt of the admission letter or within two (2) weeks after re-opening. A minimum of 60% of the total fees can be paid in the first semester. Fees paid are not refundable.

Conditions for Admission and Acceptance Form

Attached to this letter are the Conditions for Admission which must be read and understood before completing the Acceptance Form. The original and a photocopy of the completed Acceptance Form must be submitted at the Registration Center on or before Sunday, January 30, 2022.
