In the late hours of yesterday (11th March, 2022), a well organized exhibition was held on the University campus of Koforidua Technical University (KTU). The exercise was part of project obligation of students in the department of Computer Science and Computer Network Management.
The program saw the likes of both Networking and Computer science students showcasing what they have been able to learn over the years in school. The eventful event was spearheaded by Dr. Ben Kwofie and graced by very astute industry players in the field of event organizing.
During the program students where interviewed concerning their creativity of coming up with various apps; (be it mobile or web) to solve problem in Ghana’s ‘fractured’ economy and beyond.
Dr. Ben Kwofie; lecturer and entrepreneur explained that graduate unemployment is on the rise and therefore needful for students to be equipped with skills to enable them live independent of Government and salary jobs. He stated that entrepreneurship will save the country of its unemployment woes if greater light is shed on that area of study.
