Latest Public Notice On 2023 SHS Placement Release For Candidates and Parents
Let’s be aware of the following things to note when the placement is released:
1. There is usually a lot of traffic when the placement portal is opened. cssps.gov.gh. The public is to relax and not keep trying or forcing to check the placement when the site is not responding, or else you might invalidate your pin codes.
2. Always try to access the portal on a computer so you can print it out. You can also use your phone to save it as a PDF, go to a cafe or a photocopy shop, and print it out. We advise that if you don’t have strong internet, kindly get a computer with good internet.
Using a mobile phone will create serious problems for you each time you attempt to check the placement.
3. Always refresh the site before keying in the details. Remember to add 23 to the end of your index in the first trial. Failure to do that in the first trial, as instructed on the site, will invalidate your PIN code on the second attempt. This will mean you may have to buy another checker card to be able to check your placement
4. Enter your correct index number and cross-check carefully to confirm it before you submit the details to the system for your placement.
5. You can choose a time when there is likely to be less traffic on the site and check your placement. Example dawn or early morning.
