End of First Semester Examination (BTech, HND, Diploma, and Non-HND Programmes) – 2024/2025 Academic Year
The management of Koforidua Technical University (KTU) wishes to inform all students that the End of First Semester Examinations for the 2024/2025 academic year have been scheduled as follows:
Examination Duration:

📅 End Date: 6th May 2025

Examination Rules and Regulations
To maintain the integrity of the examinations, students are required to adhere to the following rules:
- Valid Identification: Every student must carry a valid student ID card to the examination hall. Without proper identification, access to the exam hall will be denied.
- Punctuality: Students must arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals beyond 30 minutes will not be permitted.
- Examination Materials: Only approved materials (e.g., pens, pencils, erasers, and calculators, where applicable) are allowed. Unauthorized materials such as notes, mobile phones, or electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
- Silence and Orderliness: Absolute silence must be maintained in the examination hall. Any form of communication or disturbance will lead to disciplinary action.
- No Cheating: Any form of examination malpractice, including copying, possession of foreign materials, or receiving external assistance, will result in severe penalties.
- Submission of Answer Scripts: Students must ensure that they sign the attendance sheet and submit their answer booklets before leaving the examination hall.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Students should adhere to all health and safety protocols as directed by the university.
